Get started with Web Nexus - your AI assistant in Chrome.

Introduction

Web Nexus is an AI-powered browser extension that brings intelligent assistance directly into your Chrome browser. No more switching tabs - just ask anything, anytime.

Installation

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store
  2. Click "Add to Chrome"
  3. Pin the extension for easy access

Quick Start

Open the Sidepanel

Click the Web Nexus icon in your browser toolbar, or use the keyboard shortcut:

  • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + Y
  • macOS: Cmd + Shift + Y

Start a Conversation

Simply type your question in the input field and press Enter. Web Nexus will respond in real-time with streaming text.

Configure Your AI Provider

  1. Click the settings icon in the sidepanel
  2. Choose your preferred AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
  3. Enter your API key
  4. Select a model
